1. REVISTA NUTFRUIT
 

La revista Nutfruit realizada per l'INC, està dirigida al públic i als consumidors en general, al govern i autoritats competents en matèria d'agricultura, ciència, consum i salut. La revista Nutfruit també està pensada per a experts en nutrició professional i empreses de producció, distribució i comercialització de fruits secs i seques. Es publica tres vegades l'any: març, juliol i novembre.

El prof. Jordi Salas-Salvadó i el seu equip són col·laboradors habitual de la secció "Notícies de salut" de la revista.

El Annual World Nut and Dried Fruit Congress de fruits secs i fruites seques se celebra cada any al maig i està obert a tothom a tota la indústria de la fruita seca. Aquesta és la trobada internacional més gran de professionals de l'alimentació, proveïdors, comerciants i compradors dedicats als articles de negocis i fruits secs. La Càtedra URV World Forum for Nutrition Research on Tree Nuts and Dried Fruit (WFNR), va participar als següents congressos:

El programa va comptar amb una conferència sobre Actualització de la Investigació sobre Nutrició, moderada pel Prof. Jordi Salas-Salvadó, president del World Forum for Nutrition Research on Tree Nuts and Dried Fruits.
